Consistent communication is maintained as we conduct research, set targets, develop, qualify, and present a slate of candidates for consideration, conduct in-depth reference checks, assist in negotiations, and follow up after placement.

JRA provides the critical element of objectivity in both the development of an appropriate position description and in the evaluation of internal and external candidates. We offer valuable feedback on the way the client organization is perceived in the marketplace.

Cost Effectiveness

Identifying the best candidates can be costly and time consuming. While we are committed to providing broad and in-depth searches, we are also mindful that timeliness is in our mutual interest. With our extensive research and support staff and sophisticated networked database, our consultants balance the potentially competing objectives of thoroughness, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.

Diversity

JRA has been committed to diversity since its inception: indeed our firm was formed in part on the premise of gender diversity, providing professional women a unique entry to the marketplace. We have expanded that concept across all measures of diversity, and today proactively assist our clients in the ongoing challenges of developing a diverse workforce. Confidentiality

We adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality. Frequently, we find ourselves engaged in sensitive searches that may become known firm-wide only when they are completed.
